We have 2 office locations. Information as to where you will check in can be found on your reservation confirmation. Office locations are as follows:

Office hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Saturday; 12 PM – 5 PM Sundays (January – October)
Exceptions: 9 AM – 7 PM (June – Labor Day); Closed Sundays (November and December)
Check-in begins at 3 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your accommodations will be ready at that time. We will notify you via text when your property is ready. Check-out time is 10 AM.
If you will be arriving after our offices close, your keys will be placed in the late arrival box located to the left of the front door at each office. You will receive a text on your day of arrival with the code to gain access to the box.
We require a $100 deposit per golfer within 7 days of booking a golf package. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by calling our office at 1-866-734-1433 or online by going to http://www.mythomasreservation.com. You will not be issued keys or tee tickets unless your reservation is paid in full.
Cancellations: With a minimum written notice of six weeks for non-summer bookings, guests will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50.00 per person. Guests who cancel with less than minimum notice forfeit payment. Summer guests receive no refund unless the property is re-rented for the same amount.
If there is a change in the number of golfers that requires a reduction in the number of properties you have reserved or causes the need to move to a smaller property, we are required to adhere to the cancellation policy above.
Alterations: Package alterations (changes in courses, tee times, number of players, etc.) may alter your golf package rates and/or totals, should be kept to a maximum of three, and should be completed not later than thirty days prior to arrival. Subsequent changes are subject to a $25.00 service charge per change.
In order to receive a full refund for a tee time only package, the group leader must cancel a group size of:
1 to 8 players: 10 days prior to first day of play
9 to 20 players: 14 days prior to first day of play
21 + players: 20 days prior to first day of play
Any cancellation of a tee time only package will incur a $25.00 per golfer cancellation fee.
We have gone paperless!
- Please go to each golf course pro-shop and present the group leader’s name.
- Golf Course Staff will get you checked in and out playing!
- Golf carts are included with every round booked.
If it is raining on your day of play:
- Please go to the course scheduled and check in at the pro-shop.
- Golf Course Staff will issue a rain check that can be used toward future play.
If the course is closed due to inclement weather or unplayable conditions, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the golf course.
For liability reasons, we are unable to accept or store golf clubs at our offices. If you need to have your clubs shipped, we recommend doing so via http://www.shipsticks.com.
Yes. Golf courses enforce proper attire on all courses. No denim jeans, denim shorts, athletic pants or shorts, tank tops, swim trunks, or tee shirts are permitted. All courses require soft spikes.
